Each evening except Monday, sit amid the gentle breezes and swaying coconut palms for an unforgettable celebration of Hawaiian tradition in the Luau Halau Pavilion. The evening begins with the nightly torch lighting ceremony, lei greeting and traditional Imu Ceremony, where cooks prepare the featured dish, kalua pork, in an authentic Imu (underground oven). Taste the variety of authentic Hawaiian specialties at the all-you-can-eat Polynesian buffet and wash it all down with a never ending supply of Mai Tai's or punch from the open bar.

Following dinner, witness the award-winning Hawaiian luau. The performance offers guests a magical island tour with native songs and dances capturing all the legend and lore of the "Garden Isle." You'll also be invited on stage to learn to hula. Don't miss out on this chance for five minutes of fame!

Dress is casual and aloha wear is encouraged. Fun for all ages. The Hiva Pasefika Luau wants to invite you to be part of their Ohana (family) and join in the celebration at the Kauai Courtyard Marriott.

Seating at the Luau is assigned on a 'first come, best seated' basis. Premiere front row seating can be arranged for an extra charge of $10 per seat.

Luau Grounds
Luau is held at the beautiful new Resort Quest Hotel at Makaiwa located on the Princivlle side of the coconut market place in Kapaa.

Check-in is at 5:30 pm (Nightly except Mondays)
Seating begins at 5:45 pm
Luau Commences at 6:00 pm

Guests attending the luau are also invited to attend the traditional morning ceremony at 10:45 am in front of the Luau pavilion as the chefs prepare the Kalua pig in an authentic underground oven called Imu.
